Paul Stephens

Paul Stephens has spent over three decades in the pension and benefits industry after graduating from UBC with a BSc in Math (Honours). His career has included actuarial financial analysis, risk underwriting leadership, operational leadership, human resource consulting and sales leadership.

Paul is currently responsible for group benefit sales and client support in BC, managing a team of professionals and a multi million dollar book of existing clients and sales goals.

Paul holds his designations of Associate Actuary, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and Life License in BC. He assists on the local chapter of the CEBS and helps mentor a variety of insurance industry members.

Paul has a passion for helping those who need help. He is particularly captivated by programming to support the journey of youth and others who may have a willingness for change in their life. Both small and large moments can vastly influence long term outcomes for young people with so much potential in their future.
