Life has its ups and downs. If you are struggling with a major life crisis or transition, or if you are experiencing a mental health issue such as depression or anxiety, our professionally trained counselling team can help. Counselling is offered in several languages and fees are charged on a sliding scale based on household income.
Parenting and Families
Parenting and family issues can be tough—whether you are a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or someone looking to start your family via adoption. Our services can help you find the resources and tools you need to build a strong, resilient family.
At-risk and Homeless Youth
Youth facing homelessness are among the city’s most vulnerable population. We offer programs and services, along with immediate needs such as meals and shelter, to help youth get back on their feet.
