Mentorship for immigrant families living in Richmond
Immigrant families residing in Richmond are matched with trained volunteers who help them settle into the Richmond community and learn about life in Canada by sharing their experiences.
Caring Neighbours (New Westminster)
Annual giving program for low income families and seniors living in New Westminster
During the holiday season families and/or seniors living in New Westminster are matched to a donor-sponsor who delivers food, gifts, or other essential supplies. Families and/or seniors have a chance to connect with their donor in person and receive their gifts.
Community Kitchens (Richmond and New Westminster)
Cooking sessions to learn food skills and connect with other members of the community
Different groups come together to cook, learn about healthy lifestyles, and create interpersonal connections that build resilience.
Food Skills for Families (Vancouver)
6-week program for at-risk populations including newcomers, seniors, and people on low incomes
A hands-on curriculum that makes healthy eating, shopping, and cooking easy, quick, and fun. Gain confidence in the kitchen and learn to make healthy meals and snacks..

Workshops for Permanent Residents or Government-Assisted Refugee women with young children
Free financial education workshops that cover budgeting, credit/debit management, banking, and consumerism.
Prosper One-on-one Financial Coaching (Vancouver and New Westminster)
Financial coaching for newcomers, youth, seniors, and people on low incomes
Receive up to three one-on-one sessions with a financial coach. Sessions may cover topics such as setting financial goals, developing a financial action plan, and helping file government benefits.
