But when credit becomes too large it can become an overwhelming burden on our life that can negatively affect us financially, physically and mentally. In this workshop learn about the different types of credit and the good, the bad and the ugly of each one. Learn to manage credit wisely, free yourself from bad debt through developing strategies to pay off money you owe and understand the importance of building good credit.

Each year Canadians lose an estimated $100 million dollars to a variety of frauds and scams. Learn how to protect yourself, your identity and your hard earned money. Find out about many of the most common frauds that Canadians fall prey to and how to guard against these. Learn how to identify a fraud versus a legitimate offer. Discover some of the newest techniques that fraudsters use to trick people on-line, by phone, mail and in person.
