Bark is a private investor with over 35 years of leadership experience spanning health care, not-for-profit and private sectors. He has held senior financial roles with the Provincial Health Services Authority, Fraser Health Authority, and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, overseeing the development of and reporting on multibillion-dollar operating and capital budgets, compliance, and delivery of critical support functions.
His experience also includes serving as Director of Finance and Administration at the Alzheimer Society of BC, and roles in the private sector as Partner at Charlton & Company, Chartered Professional Accountants, and Manager of Business Valuation and Litigation Support at KPMG Vancouver.
Bark’s governance background includes serving as Treasurer and Board Member at MOSAIC, where he advanced financial sustainability, and providing support to the Finance Committee of the Board at Fraser Health.
