Director, Development

As a passionate youth wanting to help change the world, Kyle started his fundraising career with the Canadian Cancer Society in 2006 leading the largest Relay For Life in Canada. Prior to joining his current role as Director of Development with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, Kyle held leadership roles with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Villa Cathay Care Home, Crisis Centre of BC, BC Wildlife Federation and Burnaby Hospital Foundation. In each role, he takes pride in building a culture of philanthropy and connecting donors to the organization’s mission.

Kyle achieved his CFRE designation in 2012 becoming one of the youngest in the country to do so at the time. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Kyle received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013 for his contributions to the local community. He currently serves as President of the AFP Greater Vancouver Chapter and has formerly served on Boards for Kids Up Front Vancouver, Scouts Canada, Scouts Canada Foundation, AFP Foundation for Philanthropy – Canada, and Triumph Acrobatics Performing Arts Society.
