Covid-19 Protocols – Information for clients

Our offices are only open to client visits on a limited, by appointment, basis as we continue to follow public safety and WorkBC guidelines.

Current allowances for in-person counselling come with restrictions and guidelines to keep everyone safe, and we have developed our own protocols to ensure our office spaces are safe for our clients and staff. Based on this, we continue to deliver services virtually (counselling by video or phone). Virtual counselling has been shown to be effective and clients have appreciated the convenience and reduced need to travel (take transit) and public exposure. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully adapt to the changing circumstances and public health guidelines, especially as we enter the fall and winter seasons with overlapping concerns of COVID-19, as well as seasonal colds and flu. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with your counsellor or contact our office.
