Our groups cover topics like:

  • attachment-based parenting
  • connecting with your child through play
  • communication strategies
  • skills to support your child’s emotional regulation
  • guiding your child with positive forms of discipline
  • promoting your child’s problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility
  • how to practice self-compassion in parenting (it’s hard!)

The groups we offer change throughout the year and include:

  • Circle of Security
  • Positive Discipline
  • Focus on Fatherhood
  • Your Unique Family (raising neurodivergent kids)
  • The Language of Play (expressive arts)
  • Parent-Tween Series
