David is a Tax Partner in Deloitte Private and brings a pragmatic business approach to serving his clients. He is committed to enabling a high performance culture while developing people and teams that work efficiently together to meet client objectives.
David has 29 years of experience including 25 years exclusively providing tax consulting strategies to both privately-held and publicly-owned organizations.
He specializes in providing timely, flexible and proactive tax planning in the areas of corporate reorganizations, estates and trusts, inter-generational transfers and partnerships that assists clients in reaching their objectives. David’s taxation experience includes clients in a wide variety of industries with a particular emphasis in Real Estate, Technology, Not-for-profits and Investments. His experience with large real estate groups has included commercial and residential construction and development projects, sell-side and buy-side planning, land swaps, partnerships and joint ventures.
