Joanne Lee

Joanne brings over two decades of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and operational excellence across public, private, and commercial entities. She is the founder of RWC Partners Consulting, where she provides leadership and advises organizations on navigating complex ecosystems at the intersection of digital, technology, and operational performance. Currently, Joanne serves as the CIO of a leading AEC firm and has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President of Technology & Digital at McElhanney, Chief Program Officer at Fraser Health, and Executive Director, KPMG’s CIO Advisory.
Her passion and commitment to giving come from her former career in healthcare, working with patients, families, and communities to ensure equitable access to essential services.
Joanne has a Master’s degree in Business and Health System & Policy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s of Nursing from the University of British Columbia. She is also a PROSCI certified change practitioner.
