Rebecca is the Vice President Finance at Pacific Northern Gas (PNG), which provides reliable energy to communities in northern British Columbia. In her role, Rebecca provides strategic oversight and financial direction in support of PNG’s operational performance, business strategy and long-term objectives.
Rebecca brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience across the energy, utilities, and natural resources sectors. She has a strong track record of transforming finance functions by strengthening controls, enhancing systems, and implementing data-driven tools that support real-time decision-making and long-term planning. Her expertise spans financial reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance. She also brings deep experience navigating complex governance environments and aligning financial priorities with stakeholder expectations.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Colorado State University and is a designated Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada. Rebecca has completed executive programs in audit committee governance, board dynamics and gender-based analysis.
